Santa Claus is a fat, jolly man wearing a red coat and trousers with white cuffs and collar, and black belt and boots. He is the ghost of Saint Nicholas and also known as Father Christmas and Kris Kringle and he makes a list of of children categorizing them according to if they have been good or naughty. He brings gifts to the good children of toys and sweets and lumps of coal to the naughty ones. He does this every Christmas Eve with the help of elf’s and reindeer that can fly.
